KOUBO FRUIT

This unique oval fruit has a smooth, purple-pink skin with hues of yellow. Like pitahaya, inside is dense translucent white flesh, similar in flavour to melon, that contains a multitude of tiny edible black seeds.

This cactus fruit was developed in Israel after much research into producing crops in areas with very little water availability.
